Champion Bird by Average Speed
The Highest Average Speed for the series of
4 races will be the Champion Bird by Average Speed
All points based on trapping order
150 miles 1st 100 pts, 2nd 99 pts, 3rd 98 pts, ... 100th 1pt.
200 miles 1st 125 pts, 2nd 124 pts, 3rd 123 pts, ... 125th 1pt.
300 miles 1st 150 pts, 2nd 149 pts, 3rd 149 pts, ... 150th 1pt.
Races will begin in October and Final Race will be flown

Champion Loft: points are accumulated for the 1st 4 birds
clocked on each race. Other team birds clocked from the same team accumulates
points for Champion Bird only. In case of a tie, position monies will
be combined and split equally.
Champion Bird: points accumulated from the 4 races. (Highest position on the 300 mile breaks tie.) In case of a tie, position monies will be combined and split equally.
Entry fee: $1,600, 4 birds ($1200 prize, $400 perch). Back up birds are $100 each if more than 4 birds go to the first race, $300 is due for each backup bird. All prize money, $1,200 per team will be paid out. Monies on backup birds will be applied only to the 300 mile race. Complete financial statements will be provided. The total entry fee is required per team regardless of the number of birds shipped to races
Send birds: March 1st thru June 1st (replacements until 6-1) Weekly inventory during replacement period. Birds will be inventoried every thursday through replacement period, you will be notified immediately. All birds will have their 9th & 10th flight pulled and grown in prior to training. All birds will be medicated and cared for under the advice of Dr. David Marx DVM.
Race birds training and management will be handled by Rick Mardis. Over 20 years of One Loft races.
All Pool Monies will be paid on trapping order. No CBS banded birds allowed in race.
